Welcome to your Profile Portal, your My Profile landing page. Anyone who has an account on the WACUBO website may log in and access their profile through the "My Profile" button above to:

*Profile information is imported from NACUBO on a monthly basis, the WACUBO portal will not allow you to update your contact information. If you would like to update your username and password, you can do by clicking on "Edit Your Profile Username" above. If you need to make changes to any of your contact information, please log in to your NACUBO account to make updates.

Navigating Your Profile

Please note you must be logged in to access your profile.

Access WACUBO Listservs

  • Select the "My Profile" button at the top of this screen
  • Hover over the "My Features" button and select the drop-down "E-lists"
  • The e-lists page displays any e-lists you are eligible to join. From this page, you can subscribe to or unsubscribe from any of the lists
  • The "Subscribed" toggle adds or removes you from the e-list
    • The "Email Delivery" toggle turns on or off email delivery of all e-list messages. The recommended setting is ON. If you turn this off, you will have to log in to your WACUBO profile and click into each e-list to view new messages
    • You can select the e-list name to view a summary of all messages that have been sent to the list

Pay Invoices

  • Select the "My Profile" button at the top of this screen
  • Hover over the "My Profile" button again and select the drop-down "Invoices"
  • Use a credit card to make your payment, and a confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after your transaction

 View Your Message History

  • Select the "My Profile" button at the top of this screen
  • Hover over the "My Profile" button again and select the drop-down "Message History"
  • All email messages that have been sent to you by WACUBO are stored here
  • Click the message title to view a message

Update Your Contact Preferences

  • Select the "My Profile" button at the top of this screen
  • Hover over the "My Profile" button again and select the drop-down "Contact Preferences"
  • You can manage your contact preferences here. *Please note that if you choose the option to no longer receive email updates from WACUBO you may miss out on key notifications.

Update Your Profile

  • Select the "My Profile" button at the top of this screen
  • Select the "My Profile" button again
  • There you can update your profile information such as email address, phone number, mailing and office address, and username by selecting the "Edit" button
  • After updating your profile, be sure to click the "Save" button

Update Your Password

  • Select the "My Profile" button at the top of this screen
  • Hover over the "My Profile" button again and select the drop-down "Change Password"
  • There you can update your password for future login
