Committee Charge

The WACUBO Mentoring Program is intended to build bench strength in those individuals headed for Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) roles by supporting their professional development and through leveraging the expertise and talent of senior CBOs and CFOs in the region. The WACUBO Mentoring Program Committee reviews and selects applicants to serve as mentees in the program and matches them with experienced, senior-level CBOs/CFOs to serve as mentors in order to facilitate an effective and successful mentoring experience.
