Data Analytics Committee

Objective

The Data Analytics Committee is responsible for determining and collecting data that should be developed and made available to the Board of Directors in considering new programs and other strategic initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze and report on data provided by NACUBO to develop summaries of member participation in various programs and activities (who attended what and where) for general use; to inform Professional Development Steering Committee program development decisions; and to assist constituent committee outreach efforts.
  • Identify trends in NACUBO-provided event attendance data that reflect changes in member needs and interests.
  • Conduct a member needs assessment on a regular basis with professional assistance and guidance.
  • Provide information to facilitate a needs assessment of the WACUBO vendor program by the Business Partner Steering Committee.
  • Maintain WACUBO's organizational license to Qualtrics, a web-based survey tool.
  • Provide insight and guidance and expertise in the formulation and implementation of the organization's assessment agenda.
  • Assure the quality of assessment activities.
  • Provide budget input to the Finance Committee.
  • Establish subcommittees as required to facilitate the work of the committee.
