Michael D. Baumert, CPA, Director of Financial Services, Arizona State University

Michael D. Baumert, CPA is the Director of Financial Services at Arizona State University and is a prior WACUBO workshop presenter.  He received his MPA from Arizona State University and BS in Accountancy and BA in Political Science from Miami University in 2003.  He began his professional career with the Arizona Office of the Auditor General as a financial auditor prior to joining Arizona State University in 2012.

Frank M. Wasilewski, CPA, MBA, Senior Manager of Finance, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative

Frank M. Wasilewski, CPA, MBA is a Sr. Manager of Finance at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and is a prior WACUBO presenter.  Frank worked in public accounting for Deloitte after receiving his BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Sonoma State University and later earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.  Before his position at CZI he spent 10+ years of his career working in accounting and finance at higher education institutions including roles of Associate Vice President for Accounting and Business Services at the University of San Francisco and Vice President of Finance & Administration and CFO at Menlo College.
